I am thrilled with the amount of talent that auditioned for drum line and pit.  Our future percussion shows wonderful talent.  This talent is needed through out the band, drum line and pit.  Here is how I placed the 14 students.

Congratulations to the band on their New York festival performance. The Symphonic Band received second place by 2 tenths of a point and the Percussion Ensemble received 1^st place. Both groups received superior awards at the competition. Anthony Barnwell and Brittany Flowers received soloist trophies for their featured performances.
